Default Replacing single tire and mounting issues

The guy that is shipping my rims (Sportec Mono 10 in 19s) just told me today that one of the wheels must be replaced because its deflated. How would replacing 1 tire effect the balance of 3 other tires with less tread? And is it better to just replace another tire just to be safe? Also my car is at stock height. Would it look okay, or should I invest in a suspension setup?

19s? I'd invest in suspension.
