Review: 2 days with an APR Stage 1 chip....
First of all, the power/torque gains are very significant! Around town it is hard to tell, but as soon as you hit the gas there is a big difference. The car really feels turbocharged now! Although not as smooth as stock, the rush of power is much more apparent. Also, torque in all gears is greatly improved, especially the higher gears. Step on the gas in 6th doing 70 and it takes no time before you're at 100. After work tonight I was in just the right mood to put the car through it's paces. Although I was very impressed with the speed and power,it was definely brought to my attention that with this greater power comes a greater need for better handling. Obviously some coil-overs would do the trick. I have done a good deal of high speed driving in an M3 and I must say the M3 does handle much better in stock form when it comes to body roll, but the S4's quattro enables you to get on the throttle much sooner coming out of a turn. I tried a couple of quick 0-60 run and the first time I feel like I really beat on the clutch judging from the smell at the next stoplight. I feel like a criminal, but it was fun! I rarely drive like that so hopefully my clutch will be okay. I sure hear the popular "sandblaster" noise though from about 4000RPM or so up. It's not overly annoying though. Overall, I am very happy with APR and this upgrade. I wonder why Audi couldn't have just made the car this way from the start. Regardless, this upgrade was money well spent. If you're hesitating, go for it!

Re: How does your S4 feel compared to you 300zx?
Well, first of all the S4 is so much smoother, sophisticated, etc. The 300 is like a brute that gives you more of a raw sports raw experience with a little comfort. Both cars are heavy. The Z is faster, but does not feel as quick sometimes because it has more turbo lag. The Z obviously handles better, especially with my 275/35/18 rear and 245/40/18 front tires. They are both very capable cars, but the S4 is a lot more versatile because it's a sedan and it has AWD. (Duh!) I enjoy them both, but if I had so pick just one it would be a no-brainer; the S4. As far as 1/4 mile times, I have never had it clocked, but in comparison to all the other cars I've driven, I would say it's in the high 12's, low 13's. That's just a guess though. BTW, that's running about 19 lbs. of boost which isn't too safe with reg. gas. Hope this helps.
