rs6 turbo FATS time ? anyone know what dap's /brents rs6 s4 runs?
 

Thinking about doing rs6 turbos .
I have heard there good for low 11 sec 1/4 , But is that on 93 octane, or race gas?

I was going to do rs4/blouch hybrids but rs6 look better . Should i get the rs6 turbos modified by blouch with there 997 modification ?

thumbs up on the rs6's. i've heard they are quite impressive.

Pump gas, full weight and straight RS6 turbos: 3.06 FATS
 

Racegas is in the 2.6-2.7 range.

We'll have data on Blouch-modified RS6 turbos soon.

I think the FATS+ on racegas tells a better story ;-)

EPL fueling supports the RS6 turbos. Right now we are only custom tuning the RS6 turbo setups
 

on our dyno. No off-the-shelf software at the moment.

We are using Pauter rods with good success.
 

There is a fair amount of modification needed to get the RS6 turbos to mate up with the exhaust manifolds, oil/coolant/charge air lines, downpipes, etc.

What did they change on the intake manifold ? Any pics?

plenum was increased over 20% and the runners were ported extensively

Manifold is on the right injector duty cycle had to be increased by over 20% These manifolds are available for custom order only. I will be putting one on my own car as soon as i finish my GT28 tune. Which will be available for sale withing a week or so. It has excellent idle and excellent fuel economy if your not flooring it all the time 26mpg city driving.

So stock manifold ported to rs4 port , What about head work and throttle body ?

what sort of boost? fats on dyno or street? exhaust? gas? I've done a best of 3.20 on race gas...
 

at 3650 w/driver and open dumps on 104 oct on a flat dragstrip at 52F.

So I'm curious what is done differently.

You should be able to fix that timing if you can tune the car.

he forgot to mention it was on a downhill.

i want either gt turbos or rs6 turbos!!! with fueling, anyway someone could make this happen...lol
