RS6 turbo's

Ok, I don't care that they don't bolt up, I have a very good fab guy that can make a custom manifold and DP to fit. My question is, are the RS6 turbos configured the same as the K04/3's so that the intake will work or will I need to plan custom there as well? Also, since I think the RS6 only runs 7psi, will it hold up at tripple that boost if needed? Can't wait for RS4 turbo's so am researching other options. Thanks,

Elijah

K04/RS6 hybrids will bring a stock block to it's knees on pump gas, timing-wise...

Based on your 7psi comment, you really need to study-up on compressor maps a bit more.

Unless you have compression-lowering mods in mind, I'd just do the hybrids.

Mike, you need to re-read my post and then try to answere some of my questions, thanks.

I read it right the first time and tried to help you...

A full RS6 setup will probably not be any better than anything we've done already.

Ok, but from what I am reading the K04 RS6's aren't holding up very well and I

would really like to find something that can handle 50K miles or more before needing to be rebuilt. I am very open to sugestion since this a new car to me and i have alot to learn about it. Thanks,

Elijah

I got the very first set of K04/RS6 hybrids, 20K miles and doing great running 500bhp

not sure what the problem is from your perspective, 1.45 - 1.55 bar boost and still running great. They are holding up just fine !

Just run the 'brids at sane boost levels and you should exceed your goal.

thats what I like to hear, anyone else?

Ok, next question, where do I find the "brids" these days?
