Default Rubbing noise from front passenger side when turning, but wheel well is fine

it progressed a lot after Driving Skills event to the point that I had to quit autocross part.
It sounds like wheel it rubbing against something, however no obvious signs of wear on wheel well, tie rod ends, etc.
Most suspension parts are original except driver lower control arm.

After looking for some loose nuts/bolts, I found that 3 pass. side upper bolts weren't tight enough, and the same for subrame bolts.

Also tried to re-torque tranny mount bolts and broke one. Since tranny mounts are original - should bother to get broken bolt out or just replace both mounts with 034 or RS4 mounts?

Test drove after that and noise is still there.
Any idea what it might be?

Couple Q's... What size wheel/tire? Offset? How low are you?

Default Forgot to mention 107K miles on most control arms, sway bar links, etc.

Few people mentioned earlier about similar symptons and most of the time either loose bolts/nuts or worn control arm bushings were the cause of this noise....

Default If it is a rubbing noise, I would start by lifting the car and checking the wheel bearing for play..

after which, I would look at the back of the wheel spokes for evidence of rubbing between the spokes and the brake caliper. Also, take a closer look at the inner fender, as you will get noise for a while before the tire "eats" through the plastic inner fender.

This may seem way off, but look at your engine mounts as well. You mention a transmission mount bolt broke. Check the others, as the engine could be moving around a bit and touching the frame rail (it is tight in there).

Ding!! Did you properly torque the axle bolt to 140 lb-ft + 1/2 turn?
