Rubbing noise from front passenger side when turning, but wheel well is fine

did you figure out what was causing your rubbing noise
i have a 2016 audi tt, when I turn hard left I can here a rubbing noise, almost sounds like the tire rubbing against something I just can not find out what it is rubbing against. I took it to the dealer and I replicated the noise, mechanic said it was tire rubbing against pavement which makes some sense, but I never hear the noise when I am turning right just left.
