I basically sanded down the rails to the point of the rails just barely fitting into the open space of the mesh hole. Only took off small amounts at a time. The result was basically a "press-fit" mounting of the badge into the grill. No other hardware needed and it's been on for 2 weeks and not fallen off. Just be patient to sand small amounts of the rail off to get a good, snug fit. Also you will have to sand the rails somewhat individually so that the badge is level to the eye. I'll post a pic some day soon.

Speaking of this...
...if someone has pics or text on how this FAQ needs to be amended for the different size of the new-style S4 badge, please let me know!
