Make sure you look at it if the price gets higher. Salvage title - hope you know what you are doing
Buy it now price indicates the seller is willing to let it go low - likely the flood issue is not as small as the seller would like to indicate.
Flooding can make the car un-usable, as it can create mold/fungus that you can't get rid of (easily). Also the water pump *and* starter at 60K miles, not typically required - likely from flood damage.
Not saying no - but Caveat Emptor!!!

Badge is in the wrong place on trunk lid...
Maybe rear damage too. Also, for fogs and plate cover to be missing in front, front end damage as well? I think the 10k or so you'll "save" by buying this car will be paid back and then some in repairs caused by the flood issue. Wet electronics are a bish...
