S4 HID System

I have a 99.0 A4. I want to put a HID system and headlights from a 2002 S4 Avant. My question is.

What do I need to remove from the S4 Avant

I need the headlights and the ballasts???

I know to take out the headlights there are 3 hex screws.

Where are the ballasts.

Any additional information would be great.

Ballasts are located on the bottom side of the headlight housing...

If you have 2 piece headlights, you'll need to trim your fender in order to fit the one piece headlights.

I couldn't think of anything cool...

Did a search on "mad scientist" and that pic came up. Why "mad scientist"? Some crazy scheme came up last night with one of my friends. Explain over dinner sometime.
