I've seen a few people give theirs' a blurb on the forum, so what the hell, here goes (I'll keep it short):

Re: why you sellin it!? also, where are you in CT, i would not mind checking it out...
I'm selling it because my finances have changed, and it's going to be difficult to afford it now... I'm in Guilford.. exit 57 off of I95, if that gives you an idea...
