s4 vs. camaro SS
finally raced my buddies SS today. I wasn't thinking about it but I saw him at lunch today and we got stopped side by side at a light. we hit when the light changed and I jumped out 3/4 var lengths in 1st. shifted 2nd and ESP starts flashing (damnit....the one time I had it on was now!) and then we catch another light. OK ESP off....lets go! The light changed and we're gone. Now I leave at like 2500rpm and 1/2 throttle cuz I like my stock clutch, I got him 3/4 car length thru 1st & 2nd. 3rd we are neck and neck......4th he is starting to pull by maybe a bumper....I let off at 100 and thats it. I'm happy and he is suprised. we did this once before (my TBB was slightly torn) and he had me by a whole car length by 3rd gear so this was redemption for me.

good idea.....the track here opens next month I think and I'll do it..
I ran some for a dyno test once and I felt alot more power. Turned my exhuats tips white though.....

I used to race a red one with down here, but he crash not so long ago
1st gear I jump, 2nd we about even, 3rd he pull away from me. he told me he has some work done to the tranny and his track time was some where 12.4 for 1/4 mile....maybe we can try to compare our car one day when the track open...are you up for it ?
