Both my axles are shot/clicking...
Jobs that i've done in the past are: Timing belt and Down pipes...
Thanks!

Assuming your main axle bolts aren't fubar/rusted....it **shouldn't ** be that hard.
i say this not having done it myself though. i attempted too, but even with the car on the ground and a large breaker bar..couldn't get the axle bolt off. i WATCHED someone do it and it was easy looking (after they managed to get the bold off...heat was used to help in that btw).

No heat for me, just a 36" breaker bar and a fair amount of force. I would rate it....
a 4-5 if you do it right. If you end up disconnecting CA's and tie rod's, then it's a 6-7.
Make sure you spray the 12pt axle-diff flange bolts with carb cleaner and tap in the 12pt socket with a rubber mallet before you put any torque on it. The last think you wanna do is strip one of those bastards. Make sure you also have a good amount of extension for your ratchet.

Like Jerbel said, it's not that bad. Just have some extentions for your ratchet.
If you can do your timing belt, I don't see why you couldn't knock the axles out without a problem. If you have a buddy to help out, makes it a little easier as well. A buddy and I did both fronts on mine in about 4.25 hrs. Maybe a little less. And that's included us not rushing, waiting for my girl to pick up a 12" extention for my ratchet. I bet if we did it again, we could in half the time. Especially if we had any kind of impact to save ratcheting time.
Oh, have some gloves because that grease is just nasty! I

You can use one to get that bolt off. I wish I had an impact at the time I did mine.
I just had to make a long breaker bar out of a short one and my jack handle since I don't have He-Man strength.
I wish I had an impact. Would have made that a whole lot easier.

Sure there's a reason..... ~300-350 ft/lbs of torque on that bolt. An impact gun is great for...
spinning bolts in and out once they're loose though. Then tighten them up with the torque wrench.
