Default SE PA peeps... since our roads suck what size wheels do you run in summer?

Trying to decide to keep the 17's (P6000 w/ 80% tread) for summer since I have tires and buy new wheels to fit them or scrap it and go 18".

Default I'm running 17s. Far too many pot holes around here to

warrant going with 18s. Only 18s I thought of getting are Compomotive rally wheels that are built tough.

Default I just went thru all that and decided to stay with 17's and bought PS2's.

But if a nice set of 18 inch wheels show up in the classifieds, I may reconsider :-p

Default you are correct. =) as much as i'd like 18s, if i were to hit a pothole

with any 18" wheel, that's a lot of coin to repair or replace it. too risky either way.
