Should I do the following in order? exhaust - chip - BOV does it matter? whats a safer way to go?

Default If you do a BOV, make sure you duck.
Other than that, what is your ultimate goal? That will help a lot to know.

Maintenance before upgrades!!! Then your own preference, doesn't matter much.

i think you should put on the biggest loudest BOV's you can find.

Not going to go nuts, really only the ones listed and rims in a year or so. Not really going to race it, only city and town driving
