Should a used Milltek exhaust look like this?
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/45294/milltek_back.jpg"></center><p>Thinking about picking up this exhaust, but I'm a little concerned about how dark and rusty the the back of the muffler is.

Looks fairly normal, and I would echo sj6sp's suggestion.
Get new clamps, and also get new clamps where it bolts up to your OEM downpipes. Those will tend to rust up as well (well, maybe not for the Californians).
