Silly service appt wait times
I just phoned my local Audi dealer, Steve Taub in Santa Monica, and the earliest appointment they have is a month away!! Its no big deal in this case, since its just a 5k miles service on my S4, but it seems crazy. A friend with an S4 Avant used Beverly Hills Audi and the wait was just as long for his appointment.
Is every Audi dealer like this? The VW garage (my previous car) was more like a 3 day wait for service appointments. Anyone got any feedback on dealers in the area? Post here, or email me if you fear libel repercussions ;) Cheers, Jojo |
The 2 dealers in Denver are that way- I made my upcoming appt. a month ago, it's stupid.

Audi might as well have a Dragqueen standing outfront with a velvet rope!
It kinda depends in Denver. I've gotten in for an appt in 2 days before.

you waiting for a loaner or just an appointment?
Where do you go?
How long if you don't need a loaner?
Audi Dealers in New York City have those ;-)
Have your car towed in with blown turbos or broken trannys..they fix it right away
I know from experience :)
I wait a month for Steve Taub w/o loaner... But they replaced my turbos under warranty. =P
