Slight stumble at idle when in neutral

I almost always get a slight stumble when I come to a complete stop in neutral with brakes on, it stops when I let the brakes off just enough and tonight I threw a check engine light I'm guessing the two are interrelated...What's causing this?

Just checked ODBII came back with a P1131 only...What do the experts think?

As of now disconnecting the battery for a MIL reset (diy n00b here)

Sounds like a vacuum leak... I would think.
