Smoking car issue is a blown K04 :-(
We found alot of oil in the drivers side intercooler so we are pretty sure the smoke problem is the 3K mile old K04. Now we need to figure out why it blew. I will check all oil feed lines to make sure they are clear. What else would I check for. I'm thinking this will be a good time to go K04/RS6's but need to make sure I have this figured out so 3K miles later I don't have the same problem.

did u prime them well ? if so there is ALWAYS a chance for a factory imbalance imho.
the factory problem is my FIRST suspect tho'
it's not like anyone would start the car and WOT right after it's put together... or maybe not.

nah his HJ i mean HB is not doing to well .. and he was runing low boost (so no prob.)
and they pressure tested it a bunch of times and it was not holding well ..they started looking around and followed the sound and there it was on the turbo.
