So I just got the "brake light" warning light to come on.
But the diappeared on the next start of the car, and the brake lights seems to be working fine.
Does this sound like a start of a electric nightmare?

Brake Light warning?
Ok do you mean the ( O ) pad warning in the trip computer or the brake fluid idiot light? Because as your pads wear the pistons become extended which uses up brake fluid and reduces the level in the reservoir...when you jam on the brakes or corner hard the fluid sloshes away and the light flickers on for a brief instant.

I understand how both work actually...
But the pad wear sensor is not something which would come on then disappear because once the link is ground through it's ground through the circuit is open and the cluster will show a pad warning. I just wanted to know which he saw...if it was pad warning and it went away it would suggest a malfunction...
The fluid slosh is something that could come and go...
I now realize that when says brake light...the computer probably means brake light as in at the tail light of the car...your brake lights. That could easily be triggered by a filament which breaks loose at one end...briefly causing the light to come on indicating an open circuit (blown bulb) then you hit a bump and it makes good contact again and the computer is happy. It's a lot like flicking a desk lamp and getting a few more hours of of it...back up against a wall and pump the brakes...see if you've got both lights...go out and slap both housings and repeat...you just might find one light has stopped working.
