Default So my homemade viton intake mani gaskets are squishing out when torqued . . .

I think maybe I did not let the gasket sealant set up enough.
<img src="http://66.134.70.69/files/audi/KO4%20Closeups/Goin%20together/im_gasket_01.JPG">

So I pulled them off again and let them air dry for about 30 minutes
<img src="http://66.134.70.69/files/audi/KO4%20Closeups/Goin%20together/im_gasket_02.JPG">

The stock gaskets just overlap the ports unevenly due to the hand optimized ports

So I will let the intake sit with weight on it for a couple of days and see what happens.

Send him one of your gaskets, he can make them for you.
