Default So what does the used S4 market look like these days?

Has the resale value increased since a few months ago or are MY2000's still going for 20k and under?
I'm definately getting a new car within the next 3-4 months and would like to do a private sale. just curious to see if any members have gotten good retail lately.

Default Here's a good rule to follow:

The price you pay tomorrow will always be less than the price you pay today.

Default A NICE 2000 car should sell for mid $20k. If you're paying under $20k, you're either getting a car

with something wrong with it, or with a lot of miles. These are not the kind of cars to go cheap on.

Default Until your car is 15 years old, yes.

And, it answers the following questions (albeit indirectly):
"I'm thinking of selling my car, what's it worth?"
"I'm thinking of buying an S4, is this a good price?"
"I can't make my car payments, should I sell now, or wait for the repo man?"
...and many other questions that come up daily.

Nor will it ever be, but the market is cyclic. Prices do fluctuate, they don't just drop.

Sold the S4 at the beginning of the month, going through the final motions of getting the M3.
