With the DMP photo album, the PEB boys, and I guess the new ASSmen in Sacto....I was just thinking aloud (err...rather while typing..)

What's it take to make a Crew?

Are there guidelines out there?

I'm thinking something along the lines of a crew like the A Team. <cue A Team music>

One guy is the old guy with tons of knowledge. Kinda crazy, but his stuff always works out in the end.

The face/pretty guy who knows everybody and has the hook ups for stuff, no matter how obscure. You want K16s when nobody has 'em? No problem. He's magic.

The muscle/wrench guy who knows all the little tricks about what goes where and what's going to work.

And then there's the crazy guy who's sometimes locked up for whatever reason. He's the guy who gets you all in trouble so the older guy has to come bail you out.



Is this how the Crew's are setup? Like I said...just thinking while typing... (ie...so incredibly bored at the moment... )

But yes, especially with racked who is Stage II+ 6 speed. You see, if I win I keep the Tip, if I lose I do the 6 speed conversion.
