So when do people decide to let the turbos cool down, by oil temp? I let it run if oil temp is 225+
or higher. Is there anything else I should watch for? Or do people let them cool down no matter waht the temp?

Hey, it's "Disco Stu"!
You're fine as long as you don't go flog the car, pull it into the driveway, and shut it off.
I usually open the door, and when the chime stops (after a minute) then I shut it off.
There are, of course, extenuating circumstances such as track driving which dictate a longer cooldown period.
