Default Someone here had a paint cleaner that you apply
by rag its a liquid not a paste/liquid anyone know?? Its for cleaning off **** that sticks to the surface and its not Stoners .. its something else comes in a gallon can. Something like short of toulene

is that stuff good at getting tar spots on wheels? i know folks suggested other stuff

Yes thats the stuff... I think it removes fallout as well.
