Soo...shop installed c/o's and put 2 bumpstops on the pass side. Should i take it back?

Soo...shop installed c/o's and put 2 bumpstops on the pass side. Should i take it back?
So, i was adjusting my vogtland tonight and saw they put 2 bump stops on the pass side, makeing it so i cant raise the car past 26in ground to fender. How much room does the shock need to travel? Is this def a prob i should address? Any help is nice.
