Default PITA, but not hard. I'm not the most mechanically inclined but i did it with no major problems

Default Be sure to have lots of extensions and u-joints in 1/4" drive...
getting around the intake pipes is tricky. Also need a torque wrench for the plugs.

If you know what you're doing, it should take 1-2 hours. No skinned knuckles even if you're a novice

Default little experience....
took my twin brother and I 30 minutes, he did the one side and I did the other. He did it by himself in 45 minutes. Some audi/vw tuner mechanic around here quoted its a 3 hour job at $70/hr.
