Is SPP stage 3 ballasts/bulbs worth twice the price of Hella/Philips D2S ballasts/bulbs?
I have a set of Euro HID's coming for my Canadian (eh) S4.
Now I need Ballasts and Bulbs and a Euro Light wiring kit.
Opinions?
Recommendations?
Anyone selling theirs?
