1 1/2 days? that sounds optimistic for a good general timeframe.

Default Dunno man, guy here did his with a local hot shoe mechanic in 15hrs, clutch/DP/etc...

fixed some stuff as well. Trailered it in the day before and drove it home the next evening I think. Impressive.

Only took me about ten days to do all of my stuff but I piddled and had lots of disctractions. Also I don't think ZoldMan or I could possibly move that fast... we're usually too busy contemplating mods while we have stuff apart =-)

Default and....

I have pulled my motor by myself in jackstands in under 4 hours.
I have installed the turbos in an hour
I have reinstall the motor by myself in 6 hours...

If you know what you are doing, 12-14 is not that short of a time, but if you are doing it for the first time like allentowns4, it will take weeks

Default I dropped my car at Champion Motorsports on Friday and picked it up Monday...

Of course they worked on it over the weekend... That included all of the Stage 3 stuff plus clutch and intercoolers.

In "general" it's a 35-40 hour job. According to the web, it's a 12 hour job though. =)

Default It's not the labor that kills you

It's all the missing ****, obscure tools, and broken parts you need to scrounge up that make it a 40 hour job.

Just plan on inevitably waiting on parts and keep yourself organized.
