The cooler it runs. This has a pretty neat advantage of being able to run a less aggressive pad in similar situations. A less aggressive pad usually has better modulation, longer and longer rotor life. A cooler rotor also last a lot longer.
The key is in matching the rotor temp to an appropriate pad.

On a BMW, the 370mm AP system only makes 6% more torque over stock.
 

That's not very much compared to some of the Brembo kits. Stoptech is very very close to stock.

yes and for a long time. I felt it helped with the bias.
