will this change if I do the fog light mod in the tech section? I would like to keep them independent so that I'm not always using the rears but could still use the front as DRL's.

How come everyone says they will NOT be independent?

no idea, ill double check the function later.

I don't want to do the mod if the rears come on with the fronts...rears are annoying for drivers

i rigged my relay so they are totally independent.

short story: its fine

long story(assume no fogs on):

-front fog button pressed: front fogs on ONLY, front fog button lit

-front fog button pressed, then rear fog button pressed: front and rear fogs on, both buttons lit

-rear fog button pressed: front and rear fogs on, both buttons lit
