searched the archives can't find exactly what I am looking for...

Just bought a stock 01.5 Nogaro avant, 81k miles....on clutch engagement the pedal seem overly firm, which tends me to believe the self adjustment being close to maxed out due to wear. However what I am looking for is more about the pulsation on full disengagement.

With the pedal to the floor, I can feel what seems like pretty heavy pulsation/vibration through the pedal, is this a factor of the worn clutch, or is this something else I should be concerned with.

I should add there is no real issue with getting the transmission into any gear.

I have nothing to compare it with except my other car, which is smooth and easy due to it being relatively new.

any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would check motor and transmission mounsts.
