I had issue about APR ECUx that I couldnt figure it out..

first I thought it was hardware issue, so I bought the new lap top.. however, I am still having same issue

so I talk to Ben (engineer) and Keith and Andy... and Tom...
however, they couldnt do anything without having the computer in front of them..

so they decided to get my lap top shipped to them to fix it.. and pay the shipping charge..

I dont know how it's gonna be..
but I am soooo impressed by APR service.
