strange noise when turning left at a stop? like something is rubbing but when moving no noise??

Default I may have the same thing...... after a full stop, I get a noise when turning left
It almost seems as if the brakes are rubbing and it makes w groaning type sound. It does it about 1/2 the time.

Could be low fluid... could be the rack... Hard to diagnose with no eyes on it...
