Stuck ECT sensor, suggestions?

Stuck ECT sensor, suggestions?
well i went to pull outt the ECT sensor and noticed that it was really stuck in there (yes, i removed the pin thingy) any suggestion on what type of spray to loosen it up? Does it just pull straight up or is there some twisting involved?
