a couple of weeks ago i complained to A of A about the 4 to 6 week wait i usually have between the time i call for a service appointment and the date my local dealership gives me to bring the car in.
well, i found a surprise in my mail box from A of A yesterday. for my inconvienience and their inability to have my local dealership expedite my service appointment request, they sent me a $150.00 gift certificate and an audi boutique brochure. (gift certificate to be used with audi boutique merchandise).
i guess audi is starting to worry about their customer base and is at least acknowledging that they need to provide better service and customer support.
