I've heard no matter how expensive ur exhaust is there mite still be drowning how do u prevent it?

Mine doesn't, or at least doesn't to me. I got it used, so it wasn't expensive.

The jacket must be Coast Gaurd certified, or your warranty is void.

Default Stick the biggest glasspack/steel weave straight thru muffler you can where the resonator goes.
It worked for me.
