Default Theres something wrong with my brake pads

Just yesterday I was driving to school and I noticed the car seemed to be running a little slow, not as much power, etc... Anyways, after I got to school I noticed the smell of brake pads burning, the way they do when you slam on them, but I did not do any heavy braking. I am wondering if my pads are pushing against the rotors at all times. Is there a way to fix them.
PS. I just put new rotors and pads on two weeks ago and this just happened yesterday.

Release your parking brake before you start driving!

Default Could be a bad caliper where the piston isn't completely disengaging to free the pads from the rotor

You're going to have to narrow it down to that wheel where you smell the burning (or check all 4 wheels) and take the caliper off and check to make sure the slide pins are moving smoothly and the piston is retracting.

Default I've had this happen before

mine was a blown seal on the piston which let it rust and get stuck. almost set the brake pads on fire!
