Think I killed my clutch.

Think I killed my clutch.
In a less than sober state, with 5 people in the car right after destroying a Camaro in a silly little drag, he starts revving again at the next light and with my brain still on off, I rev to like 5k and drop the clutch, don't notice I'm barely accelerating and shift into 2nd before brain says, hey idiot you're still slipping the clutch.. Anyway, park for 1 hour get back in and since then, clutch has been "grabby" ,, Just as I initially engage it, it hesistates, and just barely, but surely, skips a little in first. Any ideas for having the damage not considered "abuse" by the service guys? Thanks.

It will smooth out in about a week...
I did the same thing going up a steep hill. Gave it a little too much gas and not enough grab on the clutch. Slipped it pretty hard when I tried to accelerator up the hill.
Clutch was jumpy for about a week. It will smooth out though.
