For those with suspension mods. Does upgrading your suspension

stiffen up or change (i.e improve) the steering at all?

TIA

It's stiffer than stock definitely, depending on the spring rate you choose and etc!

How do you mean? The ride is stiffer, and you can feel the road more through the steering wheel.

What I mean is, when you steer to the left or right, is there more resistance, especially

at highway speeds. For me, the heavier the steering at higher speeds, the easier (i.e. more stable) it is to drive at higher speeds. I know that the ride itself is stiffer.

I'd say the steering is the same. I'm near stock height though. Morons at a local shop totally...

slammed the car once when I came in for a small adjustment. The wheels were WAY up inside the wheel wells. It doesn't seem like steering was effected other than feeling the road more (bumps, paint strips, etc.)

I have H&R street coliovers (not race).

there was this post in the Racing forum on a mod that made the steering heavier.
