For those who like CF what products would you want to see made?

engine covers, intake, interior trim, shift knob...what? just curious.

personally reasonably priced interior trim would be nice.

Driveshaft, half shafts, RS4 front fenders, maybe a modified airbox(but dunno

if its worth it), intake manifold, cheap RS4-sized ypipe, RS4 bipipe/tb.

Y-pipe (larger cheap) Drivelines, airbox + hump + CF pipe to replace dryer hose

Another hood option which is weather friendly and functional (WRC style) or one that slightly bends up in the back , to take in all that high pressure air in front of the windshield.

Bipipe/TB is a good one too

CF half-shafts?? I doubt that's doable.

Just from a packaging standpoint, you would need a rather large diameter shaft to get the stiffness you'd need. Durability would be low unless they could make them VERY high quality.

The first B5 body A4's had composite drive shafts so it would be easier to get it from one of those cars to buy it from a company that makes them already.

2nd the nice interior trim

RS4 front fenders, trim, engine covers, intake, door sills,

Heh, most of that was tongue-in-cheek. It's possible though, and of course you're

talking high-quality. The shafts we have now are solid steel. Not an optimum in any case, stiffness or strength. It wouldn't be hard in cf to achieve the stiffness since the inner 1/3 or so of the steel shaft is doing basically squat. I don't have a good picture in my head right now of the room we have to play with either, but it certainly isn't easy or cheap.

The A4 shafts don't fit. Tried that already. ;)
