Default Yes, I read about them/saw them test a while ago

Supposedly they are going to be the wheel of the future. They'll be wrapped in rubber in their final form (on the sidewalls). Michelin is testing them now, but plans to have them on production cars within 10 years. Supposed to be better for comfort, handling, not going flat etc. Pretty cool that they're testing them on Audis-all the tests I've seen have been on Audis.

hmmm, thanks. Will be interesting to see final test #'s, Tread wear, handling etc.

limited brake size, depending on how short they can make the rubber "spokes"
