I am a stage 2 A box car with the ABT/AMS chip and my car wont allow me to rev over the 5000 RPM mark regardless of whether the car is under boost or not i.e. I can be at any percent throttle and the car just won't do it. Of note though my instrument cluster is dying I believe. The speedometer has stopped working, the gas gauge does not work properly when below half and the coolant gauge does not sit right in the middle anymore when the car is all warm. Not sure if this could have anything to do with it. Any help is appreciated.

not sure what you mean. When you go WOT does your car loose power after you hit 5000 rpms? Not sure whats going on. If you have VAG then i'd log block 3 and see what your throttle is doing @ WOT.

Full power to 5000rpm's, car wont go past there regardless of amount of throttle applied

Almost like a fuel cutoff, I do have a CEL, been on before problem started too

Check codes or swap in another ECU from a buddy to rule that out.

Exactly, dam CEL came on after Brians garage replaced clutch and FW assembly
