Default Trim/logo removal technique.

I found that unwaxed dental floss, at least 4 thicknesses, works great as a "saw" to remove the trim, when the line is kept wet with a trickle of Goo Gone or other brand of citrus oil.

Not real fast, but safe, and effective.

Default Great! Better than ever, with the MTM S3. And I think I have accounted for ever single nut bolt

and washer I removed for the rebuild!

Default You guys using goo gone should switch to...

Ronsonol cigarette lighter fluid. Its MUCH better and faster because it is a petroleum distillate solvent. The glues used are petroleum based, not citrus based. I have NEVER had it damage anything, including book jackets. Try it, you'll like it.

Default I more expected to lose something, or use the wrong screw somewhere hard to get to

when I discover where that one should have gone, etc. Been well over a month since I started, but I did use lots of labeled zip-loc bags, OCD has it's pluses!
