Trying out new dealership - should i bring doughnuts, coffee and / or beer?
I've heard people comment what they do to help their service writings and mechanics pay extra attention to their cars. Anyones suggestions are appreceated. I'm fed up with the Auto Gallery and I'm going to try out Rusnak in Westlake. Anyone know who to ask for there? FYI: I'll be going in for a CEL, mild oil leak, non-operational rear hatch, front seat woes, and stinky AC.
TIA

Jamie at Rusnak has been kinda cool to me. Just be persistent with what you want. Dont Give in.
More or less, you are THEIR boss. You are the one that fills out the dealership experience survey, and that determines what pays their bills.
Good luck.
P.S. - I assume that you are under warranty. Because if you are not, DO NOT GO TO A DEALERSHIP. Just go to Jose (El Diablo) at EuroTech in West LA.

Last time I brought a 12 pack of Fat Tire
And the mehanic did not hook my coolant hose back up properly, thus the car blew all of its coolant and WAAYYY OVERHEATED. That was worth the 12 pack....bastards...and I am sure was good for the brand new turbos installed.
