Default Uh oh-I was watching one of the Mischief 3000 videos and they lose a frog in the A/C duct some how..
they would get the same 'card in spokes' sound, and it would get louder and faster as they would increase the air flow. lol good luck

heh, don't think its a frog. it sounds like the fan is brushing something.

Pull out the glove box and pull the fan motor, remove candy bar wrapper/receipt

Default Leaf or leaves?
Happens to me on occassion. Usually dry out and blow out at some point. Vary fan speed or try and get them to blow out?
