I always thought the old "Brats" were kind of neat, in an ugly sort of way.

People like sub's and the "hybrid" vehicles are hot right now.

Default They were not classified as a truck, in part due to...
the two plastics seats they put in back. This allowed Subaru to beat the 25% import tax on trucks in place at the time.
