Default Update: Toluene experience...

Well I took the car out tonight for the first time since I filled up with Toluene. Believe it or not the car ran much smoother(I swear, I'm not just making it up), BUT still don't feel as much of a performance gain as I normally do with 5-6 gallons of 100octane. I'm still going to VAG it to make sure I have no codes. But I think EF is right by saying I have a VAC leak, I think thats what's making that high pitch noise during cold start ups.

For those who were following last Thursdays post about the In n out chick here is an Updated and more on offtopic. lol

https://forums.audiworld.com/other/msgs/3043345.phtml

Default The high pitch sound you hear should be your secondary air pump

which only comes on during cold starts and for about 30 seconds.

Default as for the possible vac leak

just open your hood while idling. you may be able to hear a slight hissing sound.
look for the a check valve as they have been known to crack.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1435744.phtml</a

Default It's hard to explain the sound, it's not really hissing but more like a electronic high pitch noise

I'll get it checked out soon
