It's only audible in low rpm's and low gears and when the engine is cold. When the engine warms up, the siren sound turns into the normal turbo whine sound. I never heard the siren sound before, so this is a little troubling. Should I be worried?

I have the same setup and have noticed....
the turbos are much louder. I have yet to hear a "siren" sound but the turbos are much more audible now with the chip. Maybe find someone close with a chip and compare, it might just be normal with the added boost application!?

No, never been chipped 'til now...
I'm guessing that it's the siren sound since it sounds like a siren, but I must admit that I've never heard what the siren sound sounds like. And it does disappear (morphs into the normal turbo whine sound) once the oil temperature goes up.

I have it too. If you hook up a boost gauge you will see why......
The turbos have a substantial amount of low end boost compared to stock. Also, the oil temps are cold, as they heat the noise goes away. Perfectly normal on my end. It is not the dreaded siren noise that people hear when their turbos are getting ready to quit. You're hearing spooling.
