16826 Evap Emission Control Sys--Small Leak 35-10 intermitent

16839 Evap Emission Control Large Leak 35-00

Default Is that all it is?? I have an appointment at the dealer tomorrow for inspection. I don't want to

clear it and find out the hard way.

I just filled it yesterday. I usually crank it a couple clicks.

Default Can check the lines that are near the gas tank...

Some people with aftermarket exhaust rub this line and cause leaks. The second DTC indicates something more serious than a loose gas cap.

Default ALSO.. check the EVAP hose at the rear of the car... (more)

the charcoal canister is located inside the spare tire well under the car.. it is covered with that black round plastic cover.. there is a hose that comes out of that, over the exhaust and connects on the other side.. the muffler pipe can rub a hole in the evap pipe... give that a look.
