Hmm, interesting. Stock mode graph looks AWEFULLY DAMN CLOSE to what it's supposed to, eh?
But of course, who knows if it's accurate when there is so much more load on the engine...

Just out of curiosity... really not to open a can of worms...
Doesn't this type of increase in torque and hp seriously increase the likely hood of various types of engine component failures? Especially with the drivetrain.
I'm assuming when you chip you (the owner in generic terms) accept these risks and enjoy the car as is or upgrade other parts as necessary.
Am I being overly paranoid?
oh yeah and did I mention these increases in performance cause me to drool with envy?

Probably overly paranoid.....
I KNOW our engines can take that type of power, except for maybe the turbos. The drive train would be the only thing I was worried about, but I am confident it can take up to 600hp before it goes KaBOOM!

Yeah, the biggest weak point is the turbos... the bottom end on the engine is super-strong...
And the RS4 makes 380HP with the same bottom end. (Intake and cams are different)
my turbos will probably explode soon

It's the way they measure HP in Germany
The TUV or whoever measures hp a little differently, actually works out to about .9 of a US hp, so the euro figure is inflated. Same engine, same output.
Or so I'm told.

BTW the block 120 data is definitely calculated based on sensors.
My brother's VW had a bad O2 sensor and his numbers were all wacked out, but the car still feels fine. He'll get it fixed this week and I'll check again.
